Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made prior to 14 days before your scheduled trip are fully refundable (minus any card fees)
Cancellations made less than 14 days before your scheduled trips are not refundable but are available to be applied towards a future date
Our weather policy is as follows:
Weather decisions will be made the morning of the trip, not before. Our weather is hard to forecast and the professionals are often wrong. We wake up each day with the intentions of fishing. We decide the morning of your trip whether it is possible to fish or not. Obviously, in some extreme cases we can notify you in the days leading up to your trip that it may not be likely that we will be able to fish but final decisions are not made until the morning of. Weather decisions are made by our Captain, and only our Captain. If your trip is cancelled by us due to weather, your deposit is fully refundable. If conditions allow us to safely fish but your group chooses not to; it is treated as a short notice cancellation and any deposit is not refundable.
Our "sea sick" policy is as follows:
Lots of people worry about sea sickness on "deep sea" fishing trips. While we wish we could control whether anyone in your group gets sick; we can't. For that reason, if your group chooses to end your trip early due to sea sickness there is no discount for your trip. For example, a scheduled 8 hour trip that is ended after 5 hours due to someone being "sea sick" is still charged as an 8 hour trip. We don't intend this policy to seem unfair or uncaring but we would have chaos if trips were allowed to be shortened or called any time someone felt motion sick.
